Kara is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients and team. Her career in the healthcare field started with becoming a pharmacy aide at Stanton Pharmacy. From there, she became a certified nursing assistant in Middletown where she was able to assist with managed home care, ensuring efficacy of care by monitoring health statuses.

She assisted patients with handling daily chores and errands, dressing and feeding needs. She comes to Experience Recovery motivated and eager to help her clients.

Juan is a motivated individual, who for the past 10 years, has enjoyed working with adults and families in various roles.

At Experience Recovery, Juan has provided case management and facilitated resources for those in need.

He has participated in Motivational Interviewing trainings at Alta Med, and supported those recovering and family members through recovery. He is a patient fellow, who enjoys making a difference in people’s lives.
